SUBALTERNO1 presenta la mostra "Mondopasta": una sperimentazione collettiva design-oriented sulla pasta, da tradizionale icona del made in italy a materia per autoproduzione. Sette progettisti sono stati chiamati a realizzare altrettanti progetti, trasformando strumenti e macchinari afferenti al mondo della pasta grazie ai processi tipici del making e dell´autoproduzione. I risultati sono presentati in una cornice speciale: tavoli e sedie di modernariato nobilitano la componente tecnologica, avvicinando la sperimentazione, nella sua interezza, alle tavole imbandite delle case italiane di un futuro davvero prossimo.
