Ceramic designer Jin Zhenhua holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tsinghua University, Academy of Arts and Design-Ceramics. She received a Master of Fine Arts from Seoul National University, College of Fine Arts-Ceramics. Her works are inspired by the rhythms of the natural world- a series of moments, captured in time, but ultimately resting in memories. Jin’s studio is located in the ancient city of Jingdezhen 景德镇 situated in the north-east of Jiangxi Province. Famed for its special clay, kaolin 高岭土, the city came to prominence as the site of the imperial kilns and reached its zenith in the Song-Qing era.
