Narkomfin Apartment Building, 25 Novinskii Boulevard, Moscow. Architects: Moisei Ginzburg and Ignatii Milinis. Built in 1929 to house the employees of the Narodnyo Kommissariat Finansov (Commissariat of Finance), Narkomfin was intended to transform the everyday life of the "ideal socialist citizen" and to become a standard for the whole of Russia.
