Comprensión de la estructura territorial a partir de las manifestaciones artísticas y culturales desde Cosmovisión Andina

La investigación se propone a través de la revisión de las expresiones artísticas y culturales más representativas en el Valle del Sondondo, puestas en correlación dentro del contexto de la cosmovisión Andina, identificar las características que dan cuenta y forma de las lógicas de pensamiento que se manifiestan en sus estructuras territoriales; contribuyendo así a la generación de técnicas complementarias de representación que nutran el dialogo entre las distintas visiones que determinan las actuaciones sobre la geografía y la consolidación de la identidad del Territorio desde la Multiculturalidad .

La problemática evidenciada en la construcción de una identidad territorial a partir de los conceptos apropiados por los sistemas educativos e institucionales, fundamentales en la construcción del aparato Estatal, demanda de sus propias lindes la disposición de especialistas con competencias proyectuales que sentados sobre la base de lo sistémico, sirvan como mediadores entre los desbordados fenómenos de la expansión urbana y conurbación propios de las centralidades y los territorios olvidados que se encuentran aislados geográfica y asistencialmente.

Se plantea la conceptualización de una interfaz que mediante la puesta en correlación de los aspectos socioculturales evidenciables temporalmente tanto a escala local como en un contexto regional, y la valoración de la imagen como constructo mental colectivo de las percepciones y sensibilidades concebidas dentro del carácter estético de la cosmovisión Andina, derive en la configuración de herramientas, aplicaciones, técnicas y/o tecnologías que faciliten la interpretación, adaptación e interacción de los habitantes del Valle del Sondondo con los fenómenos del medio/entorno en el que viven y sus preexistencias, poniendo en valor las formas de apropiación espacio/temporal y de comprensión territorial complementarias a las hechas mediante el empleo de superposición de mapas cartográficos.
