Mussino ( Turin, 1878 - Cuneo, 1954 ) studied at the Accademia Albertina in Turin. As a student, he worked for newspapers such as as La luna e la fischiette (The Moon and the whistle). He worked for the "Corriere dei Piccoli" from 1908 until 1954, the year of his death, where he created characters like Noir Bilbolbul (1908), Gian Saetta (1912) and the young dreamer Schizzo (1915). He also designed a series of postcards which came attached to the national magazine "Buon Senso e Tricolore".
