Extra National Assembly #1 is an autonomous place for assembly to discuss what a society can be beyond nations located on the frontier pass above the Kloentalsee. All are welcome, all can be rediscussed, and it is always possible to go outside. Following the New Dirty Enterprises manifest of the non gesamt-gesamt kunstwerk, the transformation of reality, constant humour and a multitude of happy endings, the Extra National Assembly #1 offers itself as an autonomous replicable meme like construction towards a new society that works beyond nations. Of course no one is in control.
