Emil Nolde
& collect
Emil Nolde, one of the most prominent German Expressionists, found his style influenced by Scandinavian paintings during the early 20th century. Since his last major solo retrospective show which took place 25 years ago, Städel Museum in Frankfurt/Main dedicates yet another comprehensive retrospective to this prolific painter and master of bursting colors.
